When you create an account, we store only the information required to identify you and provide access.
Characters linked to the account are recorded to confirm the relationship between the user and the public character.
Your access remains active in this browser for up to 7 days, unless you sign out earlier.
Passwords are protected by security mechanisms and are not stored as readable text.
Security
Login, registration, and sign-out flows include checks designed to reduce unauthorized access.
Repeated access attempts may be temporarily limited to help protect user accounts.
Account information is not shared with public pages or reused in the site’s open data areas.
Desktop app usage
Versions with usage recording automatically send connection signals while the app is open and signed in, including when minimized. Recording starts after updating and signing in, without recovering earlier usage.
These signals associate a random session identifier with your account and estimate online accounts, sessions started per day, usage time and last access. Simultaneous time on multiple computers counts once per account, using São Paulo time.
Time is approximate and depends on periodic confirmations. Recording pauses when the computer sleeps and ends when you sign out or close the app. Long periods without a connection are not added.
The last 90 days of history are available only to administrators and are removed when the account is deleted. This helps us understand how often the app is used.
This record does not include images, window names, keystrokes, clicks, game actions or game data. Website cookie preferences do not control this app record.
