Delete your Tibia Compass account

Use this page to understand how to delete your Tibia Compass account and remove data associated with the site and app.

Open account settings

How to request deletion

  • Sign in to the account used on Tibia Compass.
  • Open Profile and go to Account settings.
  • Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  • Confirm the action to delete the account and end access.

In the app

  • Open Profile in the Tibia Compass app.
  • Go to Account settings.
  • Type DELETE and tap Delete account.

Data deleted

  • Login, protected password, sessions, and OAuth connections.
  • Linked characters, preferences, notifications, and push tokens.
  • Posts, comments, messages, reports, Party Finder participation, and Soulpit teams.
  • Saved tool data, such as builds, bestiary tracker, quests, stash, and market list.

Data that may be kept

  • We do not keep an active copy of the account data listed above after deletion is confirmed.
  • Minimal technical records for security, abuse prevention, moderation, or legal obligations may be kept for up to 90 days, unless the law requires a longer period.
  • These records are not used to reactivate the deleted account.

If you cannot access the account

If you cannot sign in to use automatic deletion, send a request through the official Tibia Compass contact.
